Direct Deposit Authorization Agreement - Provide your employer with the information they need to deposit your pay directly into your account.
Preauthorized Transfer Request - Transfer funds between State Farm Bank and another bank. Funds in your checking, savings, money market, health savings, or IRA money market accounts are eligible for transfer.
